About the role
The EFNLHN (Eyre and Far North local Health Network) pharmacy team, based in Port Lincoln, provide pharmacy services to all acute hospital sites in EFNLHN. Pharmacy services provided include Clinical Pharmacy, Quality Use of Medicines and oversight of medication supply.
Join our pharmacy team and play an important role in delivering safe, high quality medication management for patients. As a Pharmacist or Senior Pharmacist, you will provide comprehensive clinical, dispensing and counselling services across inpatient and outpatient settings. Working closely with medical, nursing and allied health teams, you will help optimise drug therapy and support effective, patient centred care.
At the Senior Pharmacist level, you will also lead and manage a designated pharmacy area, using your expertise to guide service delivery and support high standards of practice. Across both levels, you will provide medicines information and therapeutic advice, contribute to the quality use of medicines and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, efficient and cost effective pharmacy services.

You are a motivated pharmacist committed to safe, high quality medication management and collaborative patient care. You communicate clearly, work well within multidisciplinary teams and apply your expertise to support excellent pharmacy services.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Board of Australia registration
• Completion of pre registration pharmacy training (AHP2)
• Extensive hospital pharmacy experience with leadership capability (AHP3)
• Strong communication, organisation and problem solving skills
