THE POSITION

  • You will be required to communicate with different stakeholders in a prompt, courteous and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure communication links to internal and external service providers/contractors are maintained at all times and that requests for services are dispatched immediately. 
  • Capture details relating to complaints and feedback, building defects & damage and security activities.
  • Take accurate messages, repeat back to caller and dispatch, and allocate jobs within allocated time frames.
  • Capture details relating to complaints and/or feedback.
  • Delivering great customer service.

 

THE PERSON

  • Experience in a high-volume contact centre/call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with an excellent telephone manner, including the ability to liaise with all levels of the business. 
  • Highly developed computer skills. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices. 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Strong written communication skills. 
  • Proven experience working in tight reporting deadlines and busy workloads. 
  • Proactive attitude. 
  • Excellent attention to detail. 
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to build rapport with customers. 
  • Flexible to work across a rotating roster.
