The Position:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, with limited weekend and night shifts
- A hands-on role for an organised and experienced Head Chef, leading your team to deliver exceptional daily meals and events
- Oversee catering and stock controls, ensuring OH&S and HACCP compliance with a strong focus on waste reduction
- Manage food forecasting, ordering, and stock control processes
- Champion food safety and quality, with attention to allergens and dietary requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef in high-volume or structured environments
- Confident leader with experience in training, development, and team engagement
- Expert knowledge of HACCP, allergen protocols, and food safety practices
- Strong organisational skills, able to work independently, take initiative, and remain calm under pressure
