Collaborate within a dedicated team in a unique environment as a Chef at RMC Duntroon (Canberra) This role is suitable for candidates that enjoy bulk cooking with a passion for quality, flavour, and presentation. You’ll get full training and support while working in a dynamic and fun working environment.

The Position
• Casual, part-time, and full-time opportunities available
• Prepare high-quality buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and special events
• Maintain catering standards while complying with OH&S and HACCP requirements
• Support waste reduction and sustainable kitchen practices
• Assist with stock management, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls

The Person
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Previous restaurant, function, or large commercial kitchen experience
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety
• Passion for quality, with attention to detail and presentation
• Reliable, motivated, and committed to team success
