ESS Defence delivers food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We provide high quality dining and event services that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with hospitality or events leadership experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate and deliver functions and events
• Lead and support team members during service
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace standards
• Support daily dining and hospitality operations
• Ensure high quality service and presentation

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in hospitality, food service or event supervision
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communication and leadership ability
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s licence and full working rights
