Account Manager – Concrete

As an Account Manager within our Concrete business, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the Mid-West NSW region. You will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of Boral’s concrete products and services to our customers within the Mid-West Region on NSW including Dubbo, Mudgee and Orange.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the Mid-West region.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across the region.

• Provide expert advice on our range of concrete products and services, ensuring the right solutions for our customers.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the efficient delivery of concrete to customers.

• Monitor and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.

• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the construction, concrete, or related industries.

• Strong knowledge of the concrete industry and its products is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.

• A full driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Mid-West region.

• A commitment to safety and environmental standards.
