- Preparing Daily Quality Compliance Reports for Seal/Asphalt work and submitted in a timely manner to Client
- Liaising with Project Managers on Project Requirement
- Preparing Project Plans Quality, Safety & Environment Plans, SWMS, ITP & Reports
- Monitoring of supplier & subcontractor performance, and
- Provide engineering/administration support to management as required
- Planning and scheduling of day-to-day activities to meet project milestones
- Knowledge of Quality systems and asphalt specifications preferred but not essential
- Experience in civil engineering preferred but not essential
- Good Health & Safety knowledge
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Knowledge and understanding of project management methodology
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills and Project
- Personal drive and results-orientation
