Our apprenticeship program aims to attract, develop and retain talented individuals who want to embark on a challenging career in the financial services industry. At present we recruit graduates from all over the world!
All graduates undertake an 18-month structured program, including rotations within their division or function. Each graduate is provided with exposure to customers, including a short placement within a branch.
Graduates are provided with a coach from the Leadership Talent Radar population, to help them transition to working at the company, build networks, improve their influencing skills and develop their career.
Personal and professional development is a significant component of our graduate program. It focuses on developing skills and capabilities critical to long-term business success, including communication, project management, emotional intelligence and career management. Program participants also undertake divisional development, which involves specific skills and capabilities relevant to their roles.
