Through our 6 - 9 months Store Trainee Manager Programme, trainees will be able to develop their leadership skills and retail operation knowledge through comprehensive on-the-job training, classroom training and coaching by Store Manager and Area Manager. After successfully completing the programme, you will be promoted to Assistant Store Manager or Department Manager.

The Job

• Handle daily store operations and provide good customer services
• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations, including cost control, stock management, people management

The Person

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-oriented, strong motivation and initiation
