The Job:

  • Support formulation of brand and marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure and achieve business objectives
  • Act as brand custodian to ensure brand consistency in all customer touchpoints
  • Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns including ATL and BTL advertising, promotions, PR events and other marketing activities
  • Drive Own Brand marketing plans to maximize brand awareness and sales growth
  • Understand customer needs and translate customer insights into brand marketing activities
  • Evaluate effectiveness of brand marketing campaigns
  • Lead and manage ad hoc projects as assigned

 

The Person:

  • University graduated, preferably in Marketing or business-related disciplines
  • Min. 5 years experience in brand marketing in FMCG industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
  • Creative, self-motivated, proactive team player and passion for achievement
  • Detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skill, problem solving skill and presentation skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
