The Job:
- Support formulation of brand and marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure and achieve business objectives
- Act as brand custodian to ensure brand consistency in all customer touchpoints
- Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns including ATL and BTL advertising, promotions, PR events and other marketing activities
- Drive Own Brand marketing plans to maximize brand awareness and sales growth
- Understand customer needs and translate customer insights into brand marketing activities
- Evaluate effectiveness of brand marketing campaigns
- Lead and manage ad hoc projects as assigned
The Person:
- University graduated, preferably in Marketing or business-related disciplines
- Min. 5 years experience in brand marketing in FMCG industry
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
- Creative, self-motivated, proactive team player and passion for achievement
- Detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skill, problem solving skill and presentation skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
