Assistant Professor of Legal Research and Writing in Malibu Campus
Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law seeks an Assistant Professor of Legal Research and Writing to join our collaborative LRW faculty team beginning in fall 2026. The LRW Professor will teach two sections of our year-long, two-unit-per-semester LRW course with approximately 45 total students. The LRW faculty creates all course materials together and provides each other with significant support.

The Associate Athletics Director for Development serves a vital role within Pepperdine Waves Athletics overseeing Athletics Advancement efforts, leading the Athletics Advancement team, and serving as the primary major gift officer for Athletics Advancement. Vice Chancellor, Parent and Family Development in Malibu Campus
The Vice Chancellor for Parent and Family Development is responsible for building prospect and donor relationships, raising financial support, and increasing the donor base within Pepperdine’s parent and family network. This position focuses primarily on major and principal gift donors with capacity to make gifts of $25K to $5M. The Vice Chancellor will identify and cultivate Pepperdine University's current parents, develop relationships that lead to generosity, and manage the involvement of other administrators, faculty, alumni, and volunteers in the process. The Vice Chancellor for Development at Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School is responsible for building prospect and donor relationships, raising financial support, and increasing the donor base for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). This position focuses primarily on major and principal gift donors with a capacity to make gifts of $100K to $5M. The Vice Chancellor will also partner with the alumni engagement team at the business school to strengthen relationships with alumni that lead to generosity. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends largely on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students. This position also helps to build enduring alumni loyalty in keeping with the University's strategic plan.

Assistant Director, Business Services Operations in Malibu Campus
The Assistant Director of Business Services Operations supports the strategic operations and administration of the University’s Business Services department and provides cross-functional operational support to the Office of the Chief Operating Officer area. Bringing excellence to all aspects of work and providing exceptional service, this position works directly with multiple areas within the Business Services department, including Dining Services, Campus Bookstores, Vending, Bookstore, Licensing and the Villa Graziadio Executive Center. Serving as a primary representative of the Business Services department, the Assistant Director of Business Services Operations employs professional and timely communication, initiative, hospitality, organization, and efficiency, and is overall responsible for the timely administration of routine processes. This position ensures seamless operations and a professional environment, conducive to excellent service and high achievement. As a member of the Chief Operating Officer’s central operational team, this role supports the entire division and helps meet departmental goals and priorities, through collaboration, initiative and follow-through.This position works directly with colleagues and vendors to communicate priorities, coordinate operations, write communications and reports, collaborate and complete projects, host events, and otherwise assist as needed.
