Manager of Strategic Engagement and Events in Calabasas Campus
Pepperdine University’s College of Health Science (PCHS) is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to serve as the inaugural Manager of Strategic Engagement & Events. The position has responsibilities in three primary areas. Philanthropic Board & Council Facilitation. Supports PCHS leadership in supporting and managing philanthropic councils and boards to advance fund-raising efforts. Corporate & Strategic Partnerships Management. Operationalizes new and established PCHS partnerships with corporate entities, community leaders, and alumni to enhance college initiatives, experiential learning, and community engagement. Strategic Event Planning, Production, & Execution. Leads the end-to-end lifecycle of critical PCHS events, maintaining standards of excellence across recruitment programs, academic ceremonies, co-curricular events, and orientations. The position directly advances the University's strategic plan by enhancing the ability of PCHS to foster relationships that advance partnership opportunities, fund-raising, and strategic engagement with a broad range of individuals and companies. Through event planning, the manager will advance the ability of the college to enroll students, engage students in activities that support their success, and encourage students to maintain a strong relationship with the University and PCHS as alumni. The manager reports to the Dean of the College of Health Science and is expected to work collaboratively with deans, faculty, and staff across the PCHS and University. The manager will need to be adaptable to working some evening and weekend hours, as required, to perform the responsibilities of the position.

Project Coordinator, LA28 Olympics in Malibu Campus
This position will lead the planning, development, coordination, and execution of Pepperdine University's campus-wide initiatives surrounding the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Working collaboratively across University departments and with external partners, this position will develop meaningful experiences that celebrate Pepperdine's Olympic heritage, strengthen community engagement, promote service, and position the University as a welcoming and mission-driven participant in one of the world's largest global events. This temporary position will oversee strategic projects from concept through implementation while ensuring alignment with the University's Christian mission and institutional priorities. This position will also establish systems, partnerships, and documentation that create lasting value for Pepperdine beyond the conclusion of the 2028 Olympic Games

The role is fully in-person and delivers exceptional customer service, providing clear, accurate guidance and seamlessly directing families to appropriate resources to support them through their financial responsibilities.

Admission Counselor, Pepperdine College of Health Science in Calabasas Campus
The PCHS (Pepperdine College of Health Science) Admission Counselor reports to the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management and assists in all aspects of recruitment and admissions for PCHS academic programs. As an in-person admissions counselor, the counselor will support the recruiting and admissions infrastructure for all PCHS programs across different work streams. Responsibilities include: systems and programmatic admissions cycle support; funnel dashboard and reporting maintenance; prospect outreach; application gathering; conducting information sessions; and, representing PCHS at college fairs, conferences, campus programs, or any virtual recruiting events. The counselor will use NursingCAS, CSDCAS, CASPA, Slate, SalesForce, and various Pipeline and Admissions tracking Excel tools to manage and track admissions data. The PCHS Admission Counselor supports recruiting efforts focused on undergraduate and graduate PCHS programs, including application review and initial decision, and representing PCHS and Pepperdine at high schools, community colleges, college fairs, conferences, campus programs, or any other recruiting events
