Student Accounts Coordinator in West LA Campus
The Student Accounts Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to deliver professional customer service to students regarding student accounts and related student issues and to maintain GSEP and PGBS students’ accounts in accordance with the University established policies & federal regulations. In addition, the Student Accounts Coordinator serves as a member of GSEP and PGBS Student Financials team and provides support to the Financial Aid and Student Services departments.

Under general supervision of the Vice President of Planning, Operations, and Construction (POC), directs daily planning, operations, coordination, and personnel issues for POC. Manages evaluation and implementation of processes for University projects of all sizes, including resource allocation. Oversees processes and procedures related to space management. Work in close partnership with the Director of Facilities Services and the DDC Project Director to represent the full Owner interest in construction projects. Represent strategic priorities to Planning, Operations, and Construction.

Under direction of the Supervisor, Custodial Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, perform physical labor for a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment. The Student Organizations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high-quality on-campus programming, fostering student leadership, and promoting risk management through oversight of the Inter-Club Council (ICC) and its affiliated organizations. This role also provides financial accountability and stewardship of student fees by managing a portion of the "Campus Life Fee." As a member of the Student Affairs team who works closely with students, the coordinator is expected to serve as a Christian role model, supporting the mission and values of the University.
