  • Assistant Vice Chancellor, Seaver College in Malibu Campus

    The Assistant Vice Chancellor will have primary responsibility for developing, organizing, leading, and implementing a comprehensive fundraising program and strategies for the Seaver College Advancement team and plays an important front-line fundraising role. As a major gift officer, this position will be expected to personally raise major gifts in support of the dean’s fundraising priorities, focusing on donors with a capacity of $100,000 to $1M+. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends in a large part on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students.

  • Assistant Director, Digital Engagement in various locations

    The Assistant Director, Digital Engagement, under the guidance of the Senior Director of Digital Philanthropy and Annual Giving, plays a vital role in fostering strong relationships within the Pepperdine alumni, parent, and donor community. This role primarily focuses on prospecting and engaging potential major gift donors. By leveraging advanced donor management systems and collaborating with various teams, the Assistant Director will contribute to the achievement of the University's advancement goals by building a strong pipeline development system.

  • Administrative Assistant, Religion and Philosophy Division in Malibu Campus

    The Religion & Philosophy (RELP) Division is tasked specifically with providing instruction in the Religion component of General Education Program, as well as granting undergraduate and graduate degrees. This position has two primary functions. The first is outward facing, to serve as the first point of contact for students, parents and prospective students seeking information. Secondly, this position facilitates the on-going, and day-to-day administrative activities within the division office; working closely with the Divisional Dean, Office Manager, and division faculty members. The division operates in conjunction with the Office of Church Relations, the Center for Faith and Learning, and the Hub for Spiritual Life to encourage Christian spiritual formation within the Pepperdine community, and to strengthen the University mission statement.

    The Pepperdine University Counseling Center is a confidential space where students can receive support around a variety of mental health concerns ranging widely in focus and severity. The Administrative Assistant creates a warm and welcoming environment at the Center by offering excellent customer service and sustaining a harmonious ambiance for all who enter. By facilitating students' mental health care, this position helps strengthen students so that they are able to make the most of their Pepperdine education, and lead a life of purpose, service, and leadership.

  • Director of Digital Strategy & Broadcast Operations in Malibu Campus

    The Director of Digital Strategy & Broadcast Operations is a senior leader within Pepperdine Athletics, responsible for setting the vision and execution of all digital, video, and broadcast initiatives. Reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Communications, the Director will oversee the production, distribution, and monetization of Pepperdine Athletics’ live events, original content, and emerging digital platforms. This position plays a critical role in shaping the Pepperdine Athletics brand, expanding audience reach, enhancing fan engagement, and maximizing exposure for Pepperdine’s 17 NCAA Division I programs. The Director will manage all broadcast operations, lead a team of staff and student workers, serve as the department’s primary liaison to external broadcast partners, and integrate content strategies across social, digital, and in-venue platforms. This position requires strategic leadership, independent judgment, and innovative thinking to elevate Pepperdine Athletics to industry-leading standards.
