    The Specialist, Moving and Setup, is responsible for managing and moving university property, furniture, and equipment. This includes arranging equipment and furniture for moving projects and event setups across the Malibu, Calabasas, satellite and graduate campuses.

  • Drescher Library Public Services Assistant in Malibu Campus

    The Drescher Library Public Services Assistant oversees daytime library operations, hires, trains, and supervises student workers, and opens the library. This position works cooperatively with other departments in the library to provide excellent customer service, process library materials, and obtain faculty-requested physical reserves. This position also assists the Drescher Graduate Campus Librarian, the Librarian for Emerging Technology and Digital Projects, and the Making and Innovation Specialist with activities and initiatives at the Drescher Library iLab, an innovation lab geared toward graduate students and faculty. In alignment with the University’s mission and strategic plan, The Drescher Library Public Services Assistant supports the learning, research, and teaching needs of faculty, students, and staff at the Drescher Graduate Campus located in Malibu, California.

  • Practicum Support Coordinator in Malibu Campus

    Based at the Malibu campus, the Practicum Support Coordinator serves as the primary administrative intake and support point for students in the Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy (MACLP) program. Operating in a hybrid capacity, this position acts as the operational "front door" for student inquiries, conducting initial data gathering on site-based issues and maintaining the administrative flow of student records. The Coordinator is responsible for compiling comprehensive "Administrative Case Files" to support leadership decision-making and ensuring that student files are audit-ready at all times. In collaboration with departmental leadership, the Coordinator contributes to compliance efforts by assisting in the development of educational resources and delivering training that supports students' mastery of departmental systems. This role reflects Pepperdine’s mission by promoting academic excellence, ethical practice, and compassionate service within the clinical training experience.
