Assistant Athletics Director for Development in Malibu Campus
The Assistant Athletics Director for Development serves a vital role within Pepperdine Waves Athletics overseeing Athletics Advancement efforts, leading the Athletics Advancement team, and serving as the primary major gift officer for Athletics Advancement. The individual will be responsible for executing on the Athletics Advancement strategic plan in collaboration with the Athletics and broader Advancement team, as well as other key staff and coaches in the athletics department. This individual is responsible for securing transformative philanthropic investments ranging from $100K to $1M+ and overseeing annual fundraising efforts, both in support of the Athletics Director’s key fundraising priorities. Through strategic vision and leadership, the Assistant Athletics Director for Development will elevate the department’s fundraising efforts, fostering meaningful donor partnerships that enhance the student-athlete experience. Budget Manager, College of Health Science in various locations
In pursuit of excellence and to align with the University’s mission and strategic plan, this position will steward the development and management of the financial resources and budget for the College of Health Science (CHS). The manager will develop the budget for the college, its schools and programs, and engage in extensive financial analysis and reporting to enhance the CHS Dean and college leadership’s ability to make sound financial decisions ultimately affecting students. Serving under the central finance department, with a close partnership to the CHS Dean, the budget manager must have a broad skill set in budgeting and financial reporting, as well as the ability to build strong business relationships with both internal and external constituents.

The Resilience-Informed Skills Education Program (RISE) Specialist will coordinate and deliver resilience education and programs to students. The program specialist will equip, empower and educate students with wellness skills and resources to promote life-long resilience. This position will partner and collaborate with other departments, as needed to promote student health and wellness.

Assistant Director, Digital Marketing in various locations
The Assistant Director of Marketing reports to the Executive Director of Enrollment Marketing and Digital Strategy as part of the Performance Marketing, Data, and Analytics team. This role supports enrollment marketing across digital and non-digital channels as needed, leading digital marketing initiatives to align with the university's mission and institutional goals. The Assistant Director develops and implements strategic digital marketing initiatives to enhance recruitment yield and drive increased enrollment. They oversee digital marketing efforts, including paid media campaigns, website management, and email marketing, while collaborating with agency partners to optimize performance across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and affiliate networks. This role is also integral to data management and reporting, ensuring the accuracy of data flow into systems and maintaining data integrity. The Assistant Director tracks campaign performance, develops insights, and optimizes digital marketing strategies to maximize return on investment.

Vice Chancellor, Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in Malibu Campus
The Vice Chancellor for Development at Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School is responsible for building prospect and donor relationships, raising financial support, and increasing the donor base for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). This position focuses primarily on major and principal gift donors with a capacity to make gifts of $100K to $5M. The Vice Chancellor will also partner with the alumni engagement team at the business school to strengthen relationships with alumni that lead to generosity. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends largely on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students. This position also helps to build enduring alumni loyalty in keeping with the University's strategic plan.
