      The School of Nursing at Pepperdine University seeks candidates for clinical faculty appointments at the rank of clinical assistant professor, clinical associate professor, clinical professor, or clinical instructor for its developing Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Entry Level Master's Degree in Nursing (ELM) programs. Successful candidates should have an earned master's or doctoral degree and commitment to student success. Preferred qualifications include successful experience teaching undergraduate and graduate nursing students. As a new program, we seek faculty in a wide-range of specialty areas, including: pathopharmacology, adult medical/surgical, pediatrics, gerontology, obstetrics, behavioral/mental health, community/population nursing, and clinical foundations/reasoning. Clinical expertise, including direct patient care experience, in one or more of the specialty areas is required. Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain a clear and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in California.

    • Clinical Administrative Assistant, School of Speech Language Pathology in Calabasas Campus

      The Clinical Administrative Assistant for the School of Speech Language Pathology (SLP) will provide administrative support to the clinical coordinator and associate clinical coordinator while also providing general administrative support to the School of SLP. In supporting the delivery of the SLP program, the position advances the University’s mission and strategic plan by contributing to the development of skilled healthcare professionals who seek to lead while serving our communities and the world.

    • Resident Director in Malibu Campus

      In this 10-month position, July 15-May 15, Resident Directors (RDs) serve as ministers, professionals, mentors, educators, and scholar-practitioners. Their primary function is to build community within an assigned residential area, to support students, and to foster respect for the policies of the institution. This position contributes to and supports the University's mission and strategic plan by enhancing the learning experience and by fostering a safe, caring, respectful, and dynamic residential community. Resident Directors oversee 8-13 student leaders including Resident Advisors (RAs), Spiritual Life Advisors (SLAs), and Graduate Assistants (GAs); develop communities of 250-450 freshmen, sophomores, or upperclassmen/graduate students; and provide support to campus via an on-call RD rotation.

    • Assistant Athletic Trainer in Malibu Campus

      Pepperdine University's Assistant Athletic Trainer is responsible for the preventive injury program as well as the treatment and care of athletic injuries for all intercollegiate sports within the University. This role includes administrative responsibilities as well as all aspects related to providing comprehensive, evidence-based healthcare to Pepperdine University student-athletes. The individual will be responsible for maintaining effective working relationships within a Sports Medicine team including the campus Student Health Center, team physicians, physical therapists, other healthcare professionals, coaches, athletic administrators and the parents of student-athletes. This person is to be personally and professionally in harmony with the mission of Pepperdine University.
