Lilly Fellow in K-12, Community, and Church Outreach in Malibu Campus
Working closely with the Museum Director and Museum Assistant, the Lilly Fellow will lead the development and implementation of educational partnerships with regional K-12 schools, community groups, and houses of worship as part of the Museum’s Lilly Endowment-funded initiative “Passages.” The Fellow will build on existing programs and relationships to create a more ambitious and sustainable approach to arts education at the Center for the Arts. The ideal candidate will be versant in contemporary art and museum arts education, with a passion for making art accessible to diverse multigenerational audiences. The candidate must possess a familiarity with the major world religions and a high level of comfort and ease participating in and leading discussions about faith, religion, and spirituality. The ability to work well within a small team, in a fast-paced environment (sometimes under pressure), while remaining professional, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, is crucial to this role. Advanced written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability, and attention to detail are equally important.

Executive Assistant to the Dean and Deans' Suite Project Manager in Malibu Campus
The primary purpose of the Executive Assistant to the Dean and Deans' Suite Project Manager is to manage the functions and responsibilities of the School of Law’s Dean’s Office effectively and efficiently; provide administrative support to the Dean; and to coordinate workflow among the leadership team. This position will act as a liaison between the Dean and internal (faculty, staff, and students) and external (university administration, Board of Advisors, Dean’s Council, donors, alumni, legal education, public) constituencies. The Executive Assistant and Deans' Suite Project Manager will provide accurate updating and confidential maintenance of correspondence/records; plan and implement events for the Dean’s office in a professional and efficient manner, and accurately and efficiently manage the Dean’s communication flow and schedule. This position will draw upon various law school departments and staff to support the operation of the Dean's office as needed. This position must interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient while displaying a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Manager, Instructional Technology Support in Calabasas Campus
Pepperdine University’s College of Health Science (PCHS) is seeking an instructional technology support manager to provide technical assistance, support, and training to faculty, staff, and learners within the College of Health Science and the PCHS Simulation and Skills Center. The manager will ensure that all PCHS academic operations function optimally to support teaching, learning, research, and assessment activities. They will also ensure that all Simulation Center IT infrastructure, audiovisual (AV) systems, and simulation technology support the achievement of PCHS programs’ educational goals and objectives. In performing their duties, the manager will support faculty, staff, and Simulation Center personnel to align technology with educational goals and compliance standards. The manager will also serve as a liaison to Pepperdine’s Instructional Technology department. The technician will be supervised by the Director of Simulation and Skills Education and also report to the Dean of the College of Health Science. The manager will be expected to work collaboratively with all PCHS faculty/staff and academic programs, as well as in all PCHS learning environments.
