      The Assistant Athletics Director for Development serves a vital role within Pepperdine Waves Athletics overseeing Athletics Advancement efforts, leading the Athletics Advancement team, and serving as the primary major gift officer for Athletics Advancement. The individual will be responsible for executing on the Athletics Advancement strategic plan in collaboration with the Athletics and broader Advancement team, as well as other key staff and coaches in the athletics department. This individual is responsible for securing transformative philanthropic investments ranging from $100K to $1M+ and overseeing annual fundraising efforts, both in support of the Athletics Director’s key fundraising priorities. Through strategic vision and leadership, the Assistant Athletics Director for Development will elevate the department’s fundraising efforts, fostering meaningful donor partnerships that enhance the student-athlete experience. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership is made possible by the generosity of our supporters, whose contributions provide the resources needed to sustain and expand mission-driven programming for Pepperdine student-athletes.

    • Budget Manager, College of Health Science in various locations

      In pursuit of excellence and to align with the University’s mission and strategic plan, this position will steward the development and management of the financial resources and budget for the College of Health Science (CHS). The manager will develop the budget for the college, its schools and programs, and engage in extensive financial analysis and reporting to enhance the CHS Dean and college leadership’s ability to make sound financial decisions ultimately affecting students. Serving under the central finance department, with a close partnership to the CHS Dean, the budget manager must have a broad skill set in budgeting and financial reporting, as well as the ability to build strong business relationships with both internal and external constituents.

    • Rise Program Specialist in Malibu Campus

      The Resilience-Informed Skills Education Program (RISE) Specialist will coordinate and deliver resilience education and programs to students. The program specialist will equip, empower and educate students with wellness skills and resources to promote life-long resilience. This position will partner and collaborate with other departments, as needed to promote student health and wellness.

    • Vice Chancellor, Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in Malibu Campus

      The Vice Chancellor for Development at Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School is responsible for building prospect and donor relationships, raising financial support, and increasing the donor base for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). This position focuses primarily on major and principal gift donors with a capacity to make gifts of $100K to $5M. The Vice Chancellor will also partner with the alumni engagement team at the business school to strengthen relationships with alumni that lead to generosity. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends largely on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students. This position also helps to build enduring alumni loyalty in keeping with the University's strategic plan.

    • Temporary Front Desk Agent, Villa Graziadio in Malibu Campus

      The Temporary Front Desk Agent at Villa Graziadio will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests at the Villa Graziadio Executive Center. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk staff will assist with check-ins, manage guest inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the facility. The position requires a strong focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience, aligning with the Villa Graziadio's mission to host successful events and provide an atmosphere of learning and inspiration. This role will be essential in providing the professional and efficient service expected in this premier conference and retreat destination located on the picturesque Pepperdine University Malibu campus. The Judge Danny Weinstein Managing Director of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution will be responsible for advancing the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law’s commitment to academic excellence and the Christian faith through strategic planning, program development, staff leadership, and operational oversight of the Straus Institute, which promotes justice and dispute resolution through academic and professional training programs in mediation, arbitration, conflict resolution, and related fields.

      The Associate Director serves as lead Financial Aid administrator, processor, and counselor for students regarding all Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP) and Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS) financial aid programs. The Associate Director of Financial Aid works with the Financial Aid Advisors, Program Administrators, members of Student Accounts, members of the Enrollment Services Team, University Office of Financial Assistance, and members of University Enterprise Information Systems to provide administrative and planning support and leadership for the GSEP and PGBS Financial Aid Office.
