Reference Librarian in Malibu Campus
The Reference Librarian will primarily perform professional work providing reference and research services to faculty and students. This position will also participate in teaching activities, the faculty liaison program, collection development efforts, and will assist the Director with invoicing and payments. The Reference Librarian furthers the University’s mission by supporting its teaching, research and outreach missions by building collaborative relationships across the School of Law and throughout the University.

Assistant Director of Student Success in Malibu Campus
Under the general supervision of the Director of the Seaver Student Success Center the assistant director will oversee the coordination of student success and retention initiatives at Seaver College, including but not limited to academic coaching, monthly learning skills workshops, and other specialized and other success initiatives. This position assists in overseeing a staff of approximately 60-70 part-time, student employees. The assistant director for student success will envision and implement programming that provides students with equitable, high-quality, effective learning experiences that support student success and the mission of Pepperdine University. This goal may be achieved by creating new or enhancing existing efforts in support of improving college readiness and academic success initiatives; and providing oversight of the Student Success Center’s academic tutoring and mentoring programs.

Program Manager, Intercultural Affairs in Malibu Campus
The Program Manager (PM) reports to the Director of Intercultural Affairs (ICA) and collaborates closely with ICA Assistant Directors and student leaders to plan, coordinate, and implement large-scale student club events. This includes ensuring compliance with university policies, managing event budgets, and following risk management protocols. The PM serves as a key advocate and support resource for ICA-affiliated student organizations throughout the event planning process. In addition to program coordination, the PM will be responsible for various administrative functions that ensure the smooth operation of the department. These duties include contract and vendor management, calendar scheduling, and overseeing the execution of project-based activities aligned with departmental goals. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders are essential for success. This position requires occasional evening and weekend work to support ICA programs, events, and student organization activities.
