      This position directly supports Pepperdine University's mission and strategic plan by advancing its commitment to transforming students' lives through education. The Executive Advisor for Executive Programs serves as a strategic enrollment professional who guides prospective students through the admissions journey while cultivating relationships that strengthen the Pepperdine Graziadio community. This position reports to the Director of Recruitment & Advising. The Executive Advisor is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of executive-level graduate programs, including the Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD), Executive MBA (EMBA), President and Key Executive MBA (PKE), and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). Additional programs within the Pepperdine Graziadio portfolio may be assigned as institutional priorities evolve. Working collaboratively with faculty, program directors, alumni, corporate partners, marketing, and other university stakeholders, the Executive Advisor develops and executes recruitment strategies that generate qualified applicants and achieve enrollment goals. Responsibilities include cultivating prospective students through personalized advising, business development, community engagement, strategic outreach, lead nurturing, and pipeline management. The Executive Advisor serves as a trusted admissions counselor and brand ambassador, delivering a high-touch recruitment experience while building relationships that support the long-term growth and reputation of Pepperdine Graziadio.

    • Executive Assistant to the Dean of Seaver College in Malibu Campus

      This position exists to provide high-level, comprehensive, and strictly confidential executive administrative support directly to the Dean of Seaver College and to facilitate the strategic governance operations of the Seaver College Dean's Office. The Executive Assistant acts as a key ambassador and primary point of contact representing the Dean's Office to internal and external stakeholders, including senior administrators, faculty, cabinet members, students, parents, and external partners. The role ensures the seamless execution of executive governance, complex communications, high-profile institutional events, specialized retreats, and strategic institutional initiatives, aligning administrative operations directly with the University's Christian mission and strategic plan.

    • Assistant to the Senior Associate Dean of Seaver College in Malibu Campus

      The purpose of this position is to assist the Senior Associate Dean and support the Seaver Dean’s Office. It focuses heavily on independent, project-based execution, demanding a higher degree of autonomy, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving. This position supports the University's mission and strategic plan through the assistance it provides to one of Seaver's key decision-makers, the Senior Associate Dean of the college. The person in this position also interacts directly with faculty and students, providing them with the necessary tools and resources.

    • Administrative Assistant in Malibu Campus

      The Pepperdine University Counseling Center is a confidential space where students can receive support around a variety of mental health concerns ranging widely in focus and severity. The Administrative Assistant creates a warm and welcoming environment at the Center by offering excellent customer service and sustaining a harmonious ambiance for all who enter. As a Student Affairs staff member, this person serves as a Christian role model to students. By facilitating students' mental health care, this position helps strengthen students so that they are able to make the most of their Pepperdine education, and lead a life of purpose, service, and leadership.
