Operations Project Support

Join our team to drive Everyday Efficiency by supporting operations project trials and implementations. You'll play a key role in ensuring successful project outcomes by providing hands-on trial support, assisting with site and regional deployments, and offering valuable operational insights to the project team. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in operational support, we want to hear from you!

Grade: A15

Location: Field based (South) -  Overnight stays

Secondment - 3 months

What you will be doing:

• Pilot Support: Observe pilots and assist with design, readiness planning, communication, and delivery.
• Project Assistance: Support the project team with Post-Completion Reviews (PCR) and wider deployment efforts.
• Business Change: Engage teams to adopt new ways of working.
• Communication & Training Contribute to the development of communications, training materials, updated SOPs, implementation plans, and content.
• Change Management: Provide ongoing support to ensure the successful embedding of changes.

What we need from you:

• Experience within the Premier Inn business.
• Familiar with operational teams and their dynamics.
• Skilled in training and coaching others.
• Willingness to work in the field with some overnight stays.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Understanding of how people navigate and accept change.
• Deep understanding of our operating model, brand standards, and service styles.
• Skilled at engaging managers and team members, using a variety of communication techniques.
• Experienced in overcoming operational challenges when embedding new processes, with the ability to challenge and support effectively.
• Ability to identify individuals/sites who require additional support and provide effective feedback and follow up
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Ability to work independent and as part of a team
• IT literate
