The Five Colleges of Ohio (Ohio Five), a consortium uniting Denison University, Kenyon College, Oberlin College, Ohio Wesleyan University, and The College of Wooster, seeks a qualified candidate to serve as Operations and Program Manager. This role supports the day-to-day functions of the organization and ensures organizational efficiency across administrative, financial, and programmatic areas. This position is responsible for accounting and budget management; program coordination and data analyses; and communications, website and media content. Working closely with the Executive Directors and Treasurer, this position ensures that Ohio Five’s resources, systems, and communications are managed effectively to advance the consortium’s mission.

Telecommunications Officer, Part-Time in Gambier, OH
Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Campus Safety Telecommunications Officer, Part-Time. Hours worked per week and shifts worked will be dependent on coverage needs, including weekends and possibly holidays. The rate of pay is $18.00 per hour between the hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm, $19.50 between the hours of 3:00pm to 7:00am. Part-Time Campus Safety Telecommunication Officers receive double their hourly pay rate when scheduled to work a shift during recognized college holidays. This is a collectively bargained position and without benefits.

Kenyon College is conducting a search for a full-time custodian to perform a wide variety of tasks. Working independently or as a member of a team to maintain college buildings and facilities free of hazards and presenting a neat, clean appearance. Applicants must be able to work any shift, Monday thru Sunday. Starting wage is $15/hr with an increase to $18.56/hr after successful completion of a 60 work day probation period. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Lift, carry and move materials, supplies, furniture in a safe and careful manner • Use various hand and/or power cleaning equipment such as: dust and scrub mops, vacuum cleaners, buffer/floor polishers and carpet shampoo/extractor equipment, use of a step ladder and snow removal equipment. • Use various chemicals and cleaning products in a safe manner in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and material safety data sheets. • The ability to clean toilet fixtures and showers. • Perform various other tasks/duties as assigned by supervisor

Kenyon College is conducting a search for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Mail Services Clerk. This is a part time, without benefits, position not to exceed 800 hours annually. The hourly rate of pay is $15.00. The mail room is open Monday - Friday and hours worked will vary, with the majority of the hours scheduled during the academic year. The duties and qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to, the following: Ability to sort and deliver incoming and internal mail and parcels. Ability to deliver packages to the college's departments, often lifting up to 70 pounds. Basic computer skills. Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license and clear Motor Vehicle Record. Must be able to work cooperatively and courteously with all college/village affiliates.
