The Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ADDEI) – who reports directly to the Dean for DEI and Director of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the Division of Student Affairs – is committed to ensuring that all students have the tools they need to succeed in the classroom, residence, and co-curricular experience. The Assistant Director has direct responsibility and administrative oversight for specific Kenyon programs designed to ensure student success, including the Kenyon Educational Enrichment Program (KEEP) and the Recognizing Each Other’s Ability to Conquer the Hill (REACH) Peer Mentoring Program.

      Kenyon College seeks a collaborative, strategic, and forward-thinking leader to serve as Associate Vice President for Enrollment Strategy, Technology & Analytics. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment and Dean of Admissions, this role will play a central part in shaping how the College identifies, engages, enrolls, and supports students across the enrollment lifecycle. This is a highly visible, cross-functional position that brings together data, technology, marketing systems, and financial strategy in service of Kenyon’s enrollment goals. Rather than operating as a set of discrete functions, these areas are intentionally integrated in this role to ensure that systems, insights, and investments reinforce one another. Ideally, this enables the College to make better, earlier, and more confident decisions. The AVP will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team responsible for enrollment systems, CRM management, and business intelligence, and to further develop the infrastructure and analytical capacity needed to support a modern, student-centered and institution-centered enrollment strategy.

    • Biological Facilities Manager in Gambier, OH

      Kenyon College invites applications for a Biological Facilities Manager. This is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Chair of the Biology Department, with an anticipated start in early August 2026. The Biological Facilities Manager will provide support for the biology lab courses, including procuring supplies, preparing reagents, maintaining living biological materials, and training students in basic lab safety; coordinate the maintenance of biological research and instructional equipment, facilities, and living collections, including microscopes, pipettes, growth chambers, and a greenhouse; and manage a team of part-time student workers to aid in these tasks. These responsibilities indicate the general nature of this position and are not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities.

      Kenyon College seeks mission-driven admissions professionals at the Assistant or Senior Assistant Director level to join a nationally respected, highly collaborative enrollment team. In this full-time, 12-month role, you will manage a geographic recruitment territory; counsel prospective students and families through the college search process; build relationships with school/college counselors and community-based organizations; and evaluate applications for first-year admission. The position includes approximately 8–10 weeks of annual travel. Title and salary are commensurate with experience. A bachelor's degree and valid driver's license are required.
