Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life in Eugene, OR
The Assistant Director for Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) has primary responsibility for developing, leading, and maintaining advising and support services for affiliated fraternities and sororities and their associated constituency groups. These groups include local alumni advisory groups/boards, Inter/national headquarters, various City of Eugene agencies, House Directors /live-in advisors, and parents and families. The Assistant Director will be supervised by the Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life within the Experiential Learning & Engagement Portfolio. As a member of the administrative team of Fraternity & Sorority Life, the Assistant Director for Fraternity & Sorority Life will meet and work regularly with other FSL staff, cultivate strategic relationships on and off campus, represent FSL on division and campus-level committees, and serve as a resource to campus constituents (faculty, staff, and students). This position will provide leadership for the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life in the absence of or at the request of the Director.

The University of Oregon’s Grammy Award-winning Oregon Bach Festival (OBF) is seeking a Youth Programs and Community Engagement Coordinator to support and grow its dynamic education and community initiatives. This role administers summer youth programs, including the Stangeland Family Youth Choral Academy, Jazz Camp, and String Intensive, as well as the Community Music Institute, overseeing program planning, staffing, communications, budgeting, and compliance with university and child safety policies. The coordinator also leads OBF’s community engagement efforts by building partnerships, coordinating artist involvement, and supporting engagement-related fundraising and evaluation, while assisting with Chamber Music at Beall residencies and K–12 outreach. Working closely with artistic, marketing, philanthropy, and academic partners, this position plays a key role in expanding access to high-quality music education and strengthening OBF’s impact across campus and the community. Evening and weekend availability and local travel are required, particularly during the summer festival and camp season.
