This is a full time position in our Mt Wellington warehouse.

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for front of warehouse customer service. (Portacom based)
• Traffic control management for inbound and outbound transport/delivery trucks and customer parking
• Ensure all stock is correctly receipted in (when required)
• Be able to have excellent communication skills via phone or radio comms
• Responsible for keeping the customer service area tidy and clean at all times

 The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:

• Experience working with high volumes of stock
• Experience in traffic control
• Experience working in a warehouse operational environment (desirable)
• Ability to work autonomously
• High level of motivation and initiative
• Strong communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Attention to detail
• Being flexible, punctual, approachable, friendly and outgoing.
