Performs responsibilities related to handling of corporate documents specifically those involving post and renewal registration and filing of applications with different government agencies such as the Local Government Units, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Social Security System, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, Department of Labor and Employment, Home Mutual Development Fund.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Post registration / Business permit renewal applications
- Handle all matters related to post registration of clients, i.e. application with various government agencies, BIR documents such as official receipts, authority to print, and the like
- Handle all matters related to business permit renewal of clients which include submission of applications, secure clearances and assessments, tend to queries and other pending matters with the LGU
- Coordinate and confer with various government agencies such as, but not limited to the BSP, DTI, BOI, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, BIR, DOLE, RD, LRA, LTO in relation to inquiries or applications filed
- Monitoring
- Monitor applications pending with the government agencies in relation to initial and business permit renewal applications
- Organize and Maintain Corporate Records
- Maintain and update a masterlist of business permit renewal clients
- Others
- Prepare legal audit responses
- Draft email and other correspondence in relation to the above responsibilities and as requested by associates
- Prepare liquidation reports
- All other tasks assigned by the partners, CCPG LM or associates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws / Graduate of Political Science, Legal Management, or Business Administration
- At least three (3) years work experience with a law firm or exposure in securing relevant permits from various government agencies necessary for business registration
- With knowledge and familiarity with government agencies such as BIR, SSS, Local Government, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, DOLE,
- Department of Trade & Industry among others
- With basic understanding and familiarity with processes of government agencies
- With basic research skills
- With ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written) and foster good relationships with key stakeholders (both internal and external)
- With a keen eye for details, flexibility and qualities of a team player
- With time management skills and ability to organize multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Able to write /draft reports, memos and other related documents
- Able to sort, index, categorize, order, manipulate and organize information/data/documents
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) software (i.e. Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook) and databases to manage voluminous data.
