About the Position | The Recruitment Specialist conducts outreach and recruitment activities primarily in support of Western's programs on the Peninsulas. Working in collaboration with Olympic College, Peninsula College, local high schools, businesses and community organizations, the Recruitment Specialist manages activities to support enrollment growth across multiple programs. This position will work in collaboration with the Senior Director Western Locations and the Enrollment Management team at WWU to create and implement a strategic enrollment plan. The Recruitment Specialist will also serve as a primary liaison for Slate, Western's applicant and prospective student data management system. A key component of this role will be to create outreach and recruitment strategies that support Western's diversity, equity and inclusion goals. This position will be based in Bremerton or Poulsbo, with frequent local and regional travel.

Salary | Hiring range is $57,328 - $65,928/year depending on qualifications and experience. Through longevity position tops out at $74,528. |
