Responsibilities:

  • Explore and create strategic solutions and actionable recommendations for the personal banking business by leveraging emerging AI technologies (e.g. Generative & Agentic AI, Reinforcement Learning, Machine Learning) 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop and refine AI models to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and evaluate suitable AI vendors for specific use cases, managing escalations to ensure deliverables and timelines are met with excellence.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and targeting strategies powered by AI technology advancements
  • Highly sensitive to the latest AI trend

Requirements:

  • Degree or above with major in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related discipline
  • 3+ years' experience relating to analytics, modelling and machine learning/AI/Generative AI, at least 1 years of which at managerial level
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services or FinTech industry preferred
  • Experience and knowledge in embedding techniques, RAG, promptings and LLM fine-tuning, involvement in search engine or recommendation system is a plus
  • Experience in machine learning model/AI/Generative AI related risk and control governance is a plus
  • A mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation, committed with good business sense and strong understanding of the personal banking market
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin would be a definite advantage
