Under the general direction of the Front Desk Coordinator, the Student Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service when greeting guests at the front desk, answering phones (multi-lines), assisting callers, and taking and distributing messages. The Student Assistant will be responsible for providing office and administrative support to the staff with tasks including, but not limited to: data entry, assisting with information databases and distribution lists, mailings, and distributing instructions via email.
