In 2016, Project Rebound expanded to nine CSU campuses, including Cal State Fullerton. The program provides educational, tutorial, mentorship, and vocational resources, focusing on the holistic needs of formerly incarcerated students to help them succeed in higher education.

This position is part of the broader Project Rebound initiative at CSU Fullerton, which is dedicated to supporting formerly incarcerated individuals through educational and community-based programs. The Dare 2 Dream program specifically targets youth who are at risk of or have been involved with the juvenile justice system, helping them to develop life skills, educational aspirations, and a sense of personal agency.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team of professionals and community partners.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the evolving needs of program participants and the program itself.
  • Students are responsible for driving to and from different locations.
