POSITION |
The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its Instructional Student Assistant Research Pool. We welcome applications from current CSUF undergraduate and graduate students in the Communication Sciences and Disorders department to work with individual faculty for conducting research or project activities under the direct supervision of an appropriate faculty member. An Instructional Student Assistant is a CSUF graduate or undergraduate student who is appointed at an hourly rate to assist with research activities or projects under the direct supervision of an appropriate faculty member. The instructional student assistant may complete literature research/review materials, create summaries of articles, do data entry, and organize drafts APPOINTMENTS FROM THE POOL ARE TEMPORARY AND OFTEN MADE JUST PRIOR TO THE START OF THE ACADEMIC TERM. APPLICANTS MAY BE OFFERED EMPLOYMENT ON VERY SHORT NOTICE. |

COMPENSATION |
All Instructional Student Assistant appointments are made under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the CSU system and the United Auto Workers. Initial appointments are for one semester only. Classification Range: $17.86 - $23.84 per hour |
