Job Summary |
The EOP student peer mentor will be a positive re-enforcement and support for incoming freshman and other students seeking to improve their academic and personal well-being at CSUF. The EOP Peer mentor will be responsible for modeling keen behaviors such as punctuality, professionalism, enthusiasm, responsibility and most importantly follow-through. Under the general supervision of the EOP Coordinator, The EOP Peer Mentor is responsible for:

Minimum Qualifications |
Must be an enrolled CSUF student for the 2026/2027 academic year. An energetic and dedicated student worker who has good oral and written communication skills to mentor incoming/newer transfer students. Must be customer service-oriented. Follow office standards, including proper email and phone etiquette maintain professionalism, function in an inclusive workspace. Ability to work with diverse population of students/parents and staff, in person, over the phone, and through email. Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
