Schedule: |
8/26/2025 training week begins. 9/3/2025 projects/front desk hours begin. All work will be conducted on-site, with scheduled hours including front desk shifts, designated office hours for project-based tasks, and occasional evening hours as needed |

Minimum: $16.00/hour Maximum: $16.00/ hour |

Qualifications: |
Currently enrolled undergraduate student at UW-Madison Have and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to work in flexible work environment |
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: |
Interest and knowledge in inclusion initiatives. |
Position Summary/Job Duties: |
Design and create marketing materials for events, programs, and center initiatives. |
Physical Demands: |
You will be asked to wipe down tables and move furniture around for event reservations or other needs. |
