Qualifications: |
Required Qualifications: - College of Engineering undergraduate student - Self-starting & independent worker - Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines - Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills - Proficient with common Microsoft Office Suite skills Preferred Qualifications: - At least 2 semesters remaining in their undergraduate studies (graduating on or after December 2026) - Previous direct customer service experience - Experience working in Canva graphic design platform - Availability to work on Tuesdays from 10:00 am - 2:30 pm, Thursdays from 12:30 - 3:30 pm, and Fridays from 12:00 - 2:30 pm - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities - Creative and innovative thinking - Familiarity with social media analytics and management tools - Knowledge of social media marketing best practices - Comfortability with filming and editing videos and photos |
