KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, pursue, and secure new multinational business opportunities
- Generate and qualify sales leads via Salesforce, professional networks, industry events, and face-to-face engagement
- Conduct cold outreach and convert leads into long-term partnerships
- Achieve and exceed monthly and strategic sales targets aligned to the National Sales Leader
- Build and maintain strong, multi-level client relationships
- Analyse client spend reports and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to drive value and retention
- Provide accurate pipeline updates and participate in weekly sales meetings
- Adhere to internal sales processes, best practices, and KPI requirements
- Represent FCM at networking events, conferences, and industry engagements
- Position FCM as the preferred travel partner through solution-led selling
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric (minimum requirement)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Travel (advantageous)
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship roles
- Proven B2B experience with C-level engagement
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in solution selling
- Exposure to industries such as legal, mining, or similar markets (advantageous)
- Advanced presentation, networking, and commercial acumen skills
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, confident, disciplined, and results-oriented
