- Own and drive business analysis activities across the Insurance portfolio within the Leisure Division.
- Gather, analyse and document business, operational and commercial requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirement gathering sessions.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation and optimisation across key business platforms.
- Develop business cases, process maps, documentation, reporting and training materials to support successful delivery.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role or similar.
- Experience working within complex operational, technology or business transformation environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ability to translate business and commercial requirements into clear technical requirements and user-friendly solutions.
- Exposure to business process improvement, requirements gathering and software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience or exposure to platforms such as Helio, TravelBox and the Europ Assistance Portal will be highly regarded.

Ability to engage with technical teams on system-related initiatives.
- Business Analyst qualification, wholesale travel experience or support role experience will be highly regarded.
