ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and optimisation of a loyalty data ecosystem that supports program growth and member engagement
- Design and deliver reporting frameworks and performance dashboards that provide meaningful insights into loyalty program outcomes
- Report on loyalty KPIs including member lifetime value, earn rates, redemption rates, and program performance metrics
- Collaborate with loyalty, brand leadership, and data teams to align priorities and deliver data-driven outcomes
- Support loyalty program planning through upfront value estimation and post-execution performance analysis
- Champion advanced analytics and predictive modelling opportunities to optimise loyalty program performance
- Drive data enablement priorities and facilitate execution of data-led use cases
- Promote a culture of performance optimisation and evidence-based decision making across loyalty and customer teams
- Partner with technology teams to identify and implement opportunities for automation and innovation through data
- Lead cross-functional analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives from prioritisation through delivery
- Manage priorities, roadmaps, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Build, coach, and develop a team of data analysts and data scientists
- Participate in agile ceremonies, workshops, planning sessions, retrospectives, and communities of practice
- Stay informed on emerging trends and developments relating to customer data and loyalty analytics
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years' experience delivering analytics solutions, preferably within retail or customer-facing industries
- Experience working with loyalty programs and customer engagement strategies
- Proficiency in descriptive analytics, SQL, reporting, and Power BI
- Demonstrated success using data and analytics capabilities to generate measurable business value
- Experience with advanced and predictive analytics
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience leading teams and delivering outcomes through cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and ways of working
- Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
