Job Summary
We are looking for a Tailor-Made Travel Sales Intern to join our team in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the travel industry while supporting the delivery of exceptional tailor-made travel experiences. You will work closely with experienced travel professionals and develop valuable skills in sales support, booking management, and customer service.
 
About the Opportunity
As a member of the Discova Tailor-Made Support team, you will support our Tailor-Made Experts in managing bookings, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and rewarding travel environment.
 
Your main responsibility is:
  • Support booking administration, including data entry, itinerary checks, and confirmation documentation.
  • Ensure booking components are accurately confirmed with Operations and Reservations teams.
  • Assist with hotel availability checks and booking confirmations for ad hoc and group enquiries.
  • Coordinate and follow up with internal departments and suppliers to support smooth delivery of travel arrangements.
  • Prepare booking confirmations and other travel documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support throughout the sales process.
About You:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Interest in travel, tourism, and customer service.
