Our name says it all: ‘Codi’ means rise in Welsh. It reflects who we are, where we come from, and our ambition to lift expectations, lift communities, and lift each other.
About the role
We support individuals across two welcoming bungalows, each with its own warm and vibrant atmosphere.
In one bungalow, you’ll be supporting four independent and active ladies (aged 30s–70s) who enjoy making the most of their community. Whether it’s cinema trips, park walks, coffee outings, or attending local clubs, they lead full and varied lives. Each lady has her own Motability vehicle and enjoys a mix of independent and shared activities. While they are confident and capable, they appreciate support with medication, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. Strong family connections are an important part of their lives.
In the second bungalow, you’ll be supporting one lady and one gentleman (both in their 60s–70s). The gentleman is passionate about music and film, and enjoys community outings, charity shopping, and weekend visits with his sister. This home offers a relaxed, friendly environment where meaningful support makes a real difference.
