Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Flexibility is required, as occasional evening and weekend hours may be necessary based on department needs

Job Summary: Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Title IX Coordinator serves as the institution's subject matter expert and oversees all aspects of Title IX program administration, including complaint resolution, investigations, supportive measures, policy implementation, regulatory compliance, prevention education, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement. |

Required Minimum Qualifications: ⦁ Bachelor’s degree |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ⦁ Knowledge of applicable Texas employment and Title IX laws and regulations, especially those related to public employers, and institutions of higher education |
