Job Summary: This role is responsible for providing overall support to the Development function according to the direction set forth in the strategic plan. This position communicates with, engages with, and stewards donors to enhance the fundraising enterprise and help to grow the donor pipeline. |

Required Minimum Qualifications: ⦁ Associate’s degree or 60 college credit hours and four (4) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience |

Preferred Qualifications: ⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience with Blackbaud Award Management or similar platform |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ⦁ Knowledge of effective donor engagement best practices |
