Job Summary: This role is responsible for supporting daily operations of their department, programs, or major process focused on academic affairs, potentially including credit and non-credit instructional responsibilities. This position is expected to monitor program budgets and to lead institutional and community outreach. This position is expected to have a high level of department and programs specific knowledge The position requires collaboration across multiple divisions, campuses, and levels of the institution. |

Required Minimum Qualifications: ⦁ Master’s degree and three (3) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements, or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience |

Preferred Qualifications: ⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience in a higher education environment |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ⦁ Knowledge of academic program operations, including credit and non-credit offerings, and institutional policies, procedures, and guidelines |
