Assistant Dean of Academics Calabasas Campus
The developing Physician Assistant (PA) Program at Pepperdine University seeks a candidate to serve in a full-time faculty appointment as the Assistant Dean of Academics for its graduate program, the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. The assistant dean has primary responsibility to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the PA curriculum. The assistant dean is a key member of the leadership team, reports directly to the dean, and in collaboration with the dean supports all curricular, assessment, and instructional aspects of the PA Program. Initial duties will also include curriculum development and preparation for the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) application and site visit. Other duties include teaching, scholarship, academic advising, service, admissions, and professional activities. In addition to serving as a principal faculty member, the Assistant Dean of Academics will collaborate with the dean in the improvement and refinement of the curriculum for the PA program, to meet University and program goals, in accordance with the accreditation standards of the ARC-PA.
PsyD Program Administrative Assistant West LA Campus
Under the supervision of the PsyD Senior Program Administrator, the PsyD Administrative Assistant provides support on a broad range of tasks to the PsyD Program Director, faculty, staff and administration in order to accomplish the functions, goals and objectives of the Psychology Doctoral Program in the Psychology and Education Division. Tasks and responsibilities are determined by division priorities. The primary focus of the position is to support administrative activities to ensure that the functions, goals and objectives of the office are accomplished and PsyD Division faculty and students are supported. Particular emphasis is placed on data and information management in student matriculation, clinical training and career progression.
Senior Client Technologies Analyst, Audio-Visual Technologies Malibu Campus

Shuttle Driver Malibu Campus
Pepperdine University, a private, non-profit, faith-based institution, seeks a shuttle driver with a Class B commercial driver's license with a passenger endorsement to safely transport students, faculty, staff, and guests to and from various destinations on and around Pepperdine's campus. This position serves as a front-line ambassador, upholding the University's mission through work performed, warmly welcoming students, community members, and guests, and providing directional information as needed. As a Pepperdine Transit team member, the Shuttle Driver will be one of the first and most regular faces interacting with our passengers. There will be occasions on which departments within the University will request off-campus special events that will require shuttle services and serve those with accessibility needs, following ADA regulations. The incumbent will be expected to reflect Pepperdine's high customer service standards with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Senior Media Producer Calabasas Campus
The Senior Media Producer plays a critical role in bringing the Pepperdine Brand to life through compelling imagery and storytelling. This role is responsible for creating digital video, audio and photography assets, the documentation of campus life, recording select events, and leading the artistic methods used to capture marketing messages for the University. This role will propose, script, produce, edit and deploy compelling video, photo and audio based initiatives for recruitment, fund raising, social media and external communications; consistently delivering high quality assets representing the University brand standards. This role combines technical proficiency, creative styles, leadership, client relations and highly creative and artistic cinematographic techniques to produce marketing messages for the University. Integrated Marketing Communications is directly tasked with supporting the University's mission and strategic plan by building brand equity, elevating the University's national reputation, providing strong and consistent institutional message leadership, and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies. The Reference and Digital Collections librarian will perform professional work providing reference services, managing the library’s collection development, and serving as administrator of digital collections.
