The Manager, Enrollment Operations Analytics reports to the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management and Admissions and serves as a key analytical and operational resource for the Pepperdine College of Health Science (PCHS). This in-person position supports the systems, data, reporting, and processes that enable effective recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and enrollment operations.
This role works with Enrollment Management, academic programs, and University partners to maintain accurate enrollment data, support enrollment systems and application processes, develop reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Liaison CAS products, Slate, and other platforms, the position transforms data into actionable information for enrollment planning, decision-making, and reporting.
The position also supports new academic programs, enrollment cycles, system enhancements, and process improvements as PCHS continues to grow. Through strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach, the position helps PCHS strengthen its enrollment operations and effectively serve prospective and current students.
Duties
- Enrollment Systems Management & Operational Optimization
- Serve as a primary technical and operational resource for enrollment management systems, including PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Etrieve, Liaison Centralized Application Services (CAS), Slate, and other platforms supporting recruitment, application, admissions, financial aid, and enrollment operations.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor systems supporting recruitment and enrollment cycles, including application periods, academic terms, programs, cohorts, decision processes, deposits, enrollment milestones, and new academic program launches.
- Perform system maintenance, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and term-based rollover activities; participate in user acceptance testing for admissions portals, workflows, forms, communications, system updates, and integrations, coordinating resolution with University IT and external technology partners.
- Provide technical and operational guidance and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to Enrollment Management and PCHS faculty and staff and support the resolution of applicant-facing system or process issues, escalating complex eligibility, or appeals matters to the appropriate Enrollment Management or academic leadership.
- Enrollment Data Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools (Excel, CRM reporting, etc.) that provide actionable information to PCHS leadership, Enrollment Management, Admissions, Financial Aid, academic programs, and other operational teams.
- Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses of the enrollment funnel, including inquiries, applications, completed applications, admissions decisions, deposits, enrollment, yield, melt, Financial Aid, and other key performance indicators.
- Conduct program-level, cohort, historical, year-over-year, geographic, and trend analyses to identify enrollment patterns, opportunities, risks, and areas requiring operational attention.
- Prepare reports and respond to data requests from the PCHS Dean, school deans, program directors, and PCHS leadership related to admissions, financial aid, and enrollment management.
- Enrollment Data Integrity, Integration & Systems Coordination
- Perform data reconciliation and system queries across PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Etrieve, Liaison CAS, and other systems to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate movement of information throughout the student enrollment lifecycle.
- Support data mapping, interfaces, integrations, data feeds, and business rules connecting application, admissions, financial aid, student records, and other enrollment systems.
- Partner with University IT, Institutional Effectiveness, Enrollment Management, academic departments, and external vendors on system integrations, data requirements, testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and system enhancements.
- Support data governance, privacy, security, and system-access practices consistent with University policies and applicable requirements.
- Enrollment Operations, Process Improvement, Training & Special Projects
- Partner with Enrollment Management, Admissions, Financial Aid, academic programs, and PCHS leadership to understand operational requirements and translate business needs into effective system, data, reporting, and workflow solutions.
- Support the design and implementation of enrollment processes for new academic programs, enrollment pathways, application cycles, and evolving recruitment and admissions models.
- Develop system documentation, process maps, training materials, and standard operating procedures and provide training and guidance to staff on enrollment systems, reports, dashboards, data practices, and business processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, higher education administration, information systems, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, analytical, operational, or service-oriented role involving data, processes, or multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, analyze, and interpret information and use data to support decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with databases, information systems, reporting tools, or similar technology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while working collaboratively across academic, administrative, and technical teams.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience in higher education, admissions, enrollment management, financial aid, student services, or healthcare education.
- Experience working with student, applicant, or other records maintained in databases or information systems.
- Experience with Power BI, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Etrieve, Liaison CAS, Slate, or comparable systems.
- Experience analyzing enrollment, admissions, operational, or other business data and developing reports or dashboards.
- Experience collaborating across departments and with technology teams or external partners.
This is a Regular, Nonexempt, 40 hour per week position.
Expected Pay Range: $31.25 - $33.65 per hour

Actual compensation may vary based on relevant factors such as work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
