Job description:
This is a key customer service leadership role that will demonstrate CF vision, mission and values with every decision, word and action, inspiring employees to deliver the target customer experience. The Manager – Business Operations will:
• Provide high level advice and support to the Statewide Manager and Senior Consultant, Business Coordination, and Innovation (BCI), Program Directors and Managers on finance and procurement, human resources, business support and policy and asset management.
• Develop best practice policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational practices in compliance with Government and Program area objectives and legislation.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the CF business centre and lead teams of staff in a business centre, annex, or as itinerant employees to deliver timely, efficient, diverse face-to-face integrated services to the customers of CF.
