Senior Claims Officer

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for handling daily claim cases, answering enquiries and providing claims support and services to the agents and customers, including but not limited to:

  • Administer individual life claims according to company philosophy ad guidelines
  • Handle claims related enquiries from policyholders and frontline agents
  • Support departmental reporting
  • Assist on any ad hoc task provided by the management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above or with equivalent insurance professional qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Willing to work under pressure with positive working attitude
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
