The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee and be personally involved in all operational aspects of a particular shift in order to assure all service steps are followed and to guarantee every single guest is delighted. Furthermore, the Restaurant Supervisor will support the management of the restaurant in administrative tasks.

It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will take full responsibility for all aspects of the hotel operation being pro-active, creative and results driven. Must provide leadership and direction to overnight staff in terms of hotel operations, safety and security as well as provide service representative of the brand to all the guests. This position is responsible for the overall operation of the hotel. Act as the "Liaison Officer" between guests and Management. Raise accurate and detail log entries for all incidents and occurrences in the hotel and follow through closely to achieve “win-win” situation between guests and hotel. Be the ‘eyes’ and the ‘ears’ of the management especially during the night where there is minimum staffing level and activities. The Night Manager reports to the Front Office Manager and oversees all of the colleagues working during the night shift operations at the hotel.

The Hostess will take reservations for the restaurants and manage and maintain the reservation system, including the database with respective guest preferences. Furthermore, the Hostess welcomes and escorts patrons and if required she will help and carry out all required operational tasks and duties in the outlet under the guidance of the respective managers. The Hostess will take over hostess duties of Aqua as well, due to the synergy between the outlets and joint entrance point
Director of Sales	Doha, Qatar
Builds sales annual plan and associated sales activities to execute with the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and company goals. Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enables achievement of property sales targets. Achieves personal financial targets and monitors progress of team’s sales objectives targets through supervision and guidance to ensure team also achieves financial targets in all revenue streams. Ensures team understand and achieves all KPIs related to the department. Attends trade shows and fairs and ensures coverage in all key feeder markets.
