Administrative Coordinator in Malibu Campus
The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to the Center for the Arts staff in order to facilitate day-to-day business, and also organizes and executes Center for the Arts fundraisers, donor cultivation events, and donor appreciation events. This position supports the Center for the Arts mission by helping to connect Pepperdine University and the richly varied communities of Los Angeles and surrounding communities. The role supports events including fundraisers which benefit the ARTSReach program, donor cultivation dinners, volunteer appreciation lunches, as well as other donor appreciation and public events such as the annual Chancellor's Circle luncheon and Family Arts Fest.

Associate Vice President and University Title IX Coordinator in Malibu Campus
Reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs this position collaborates with University partners (including, but not limited to, the Department of Public Safety, the Office of Community Standards, the Office of General Counsel, Athletics, Academics, Housing & Residence Life, and the Counseling Center) and in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, lead the University-wide Title IX program. This position oversees Pepperdine’s response to all reports and complaints involving possible sex discrimination. It coordinates and monitors support and outcomes, identifies and addresses any patterns, and assesses impacts on the campus climate so the University can address issues that affect the wider University community. Coordinating both prevention and support resources will ensure that all students and employees can benefit from Pepperdine’s Christian mission and offerings.

Systems Analyst in various locations
The Systems Analyst supports Finance end users in their daily functions, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of PeopleSoft data and activities. Key responsibilities include notifying Major Area Budget Managers of budget errors across various PeopleSoft modules, managing the recharge process, processing Labor Cost Distribution, creating storefronts, and analyzing technical issues to troubleshoot and resolve problems. Additionally, this role administers and manages Finance subsystems, including OpenInvoice, Transact Payments, ECSI, and Kronos.
