You will be trusted to:

- Review both short-term and long-term work loads schedules to ensure adequate work flow.
- Provide input into budgeting process, pay actions, and other employment decisions, equipment replacement and/or repair, and decisions pertaining to effectiveness of work group efforts.
- Coordinate major equipment installation and maintenance with other work groups or departments
- Perform work by traveling independently or with a small crew to various locations (substations, power plants, water systems, parks, recreation areas, conservation areas, etc.) as scheduled.
- This position may have assigned responsibilities during natural disasters such as hurricanes or floods.

You qualify with:

- Four or more years of experience in mechanical installation, maintenance and/or repair, or other relevant experience, including at least two years of experience with electric motors.

You are a great fit with:

- Class A Texas commercial driver's license or equivalent from another state
- Electrical and Mechanical Certifications and or experience in related field
